There is an event on Thursday 11 October and loading of your materials will only be possible from 0700 hours on Friday 12 October morning onwards. There will be tea and coffee for you on arrival.
Tables will be pre-labelled with your logo in alphabetical order around the great hall and bar/ lounge area with a coffee / lunch station in each area. Thank you to the 20 exhibitors who have confirmed and provided logos for use on promotional slides and webpage.
Two of you have specified an extra table which will be in place for you. There will be a prize raffle for delegates who visit all exhibitor stands and have their visit recorded on a prize draw card provided. You will each have stickers to give to delegates who will try and fill their cards for prize draw entry. At 5pm on Friday the tables will need to be cleared for the Wilde Discourse and gala dinner later that evening. The exhibitors are welcome to join us for dinner and a good number have ordered dinner tickets on the webpage already. Please try and book gala dinner tickets by Monday 8th October at latest to facilitate chef. Dinner reservations are only via IOS webpage. Setting up of tables will happen from 0700 hours on Saturday morning again. Sorry for this inconvenience.
